Serves 1
- Renegade Gin 50ml
- Champagne cordial 20ml
- Maraschino liqueur 12.5ml
- Cloudy apple juice 50ml
- Matcha 1 bar spoon
- Chilli threads to garnish
- Put the gin, cordial, liqueur, juice and matcha into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake until combined then double strain into a nick and nora glass.
- Garnish with chilli threads and serve.
