Pineapple agua fresca
This zesty mocktail from Frobishers is the perfect softy to enjoy all summer long, and you can always add a dash of rum if you’re feeling fruity
Serves 1
- Frobishers pineapple juice 1 bottle
- Lime 1, juice of
- Fresh mint handful, chopped
- Soda water dash
- Muddle the lime and mint in a cocktail shaker and shake with the pineapple juice.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice and top up with soda water.
- Serve with a chunk of pineapple and a sprig of mint and sip slowly in the summer sun.
